PDS is an annual educational program offering chamber “basic training” in a format designed for anyone who needs or wants to know more about the management of a chamber of commerce. It is taught by experienced chamber executives and consultants in specific areas. PDS is great for the chamber staff to get a better understanding of the basics of chamber of commerce operations. It is also serves as a refresher course for the seasoned chamber professional and the CEOs of small chambers.
